Judy My heart felt sorry goes out to you. Ernie was one of those rare people that spread love and compassion. He was also a smart and honest gentleman. His path through life touched many people including me. I have not seen Ernie or you for years but I still shed a tear for the loss of a great man.

I was so sad to hear this news. I met Ernie on April 17, 1977, my first day of work at Hercules. A few years later he became my boss. His humor, his common sense, and his calm approach are just a few of the things that I will long remember about him.

No words can described the sorrow we feel over the loss of Ernie. I considered Ernie the closest friend I have and will always cherish the many moments of joy and laughter we shared over the last forty-three years.
